Product Care and Upkeep

My tool isn’t as shiny as it was when I first received it. How do I fix that?

Because all Legacy Goods tools are crafted from solid metal, the unique characteristics of the material will mature over time into a beautiful patina. This gives each item a unique character and tells the story of how it’s been used. If you choose to restore your tool, you can use a mild metal polish and a very-fine cloth to buff the tools back to a shiny luster.

Custom Designs and Partnerships

Do you design and manufacture all the tools and products in-house?

Yes. I am a designer by trade and love the process of developing ideas from rough sketches all the way through production and delivery. All of the products sold on the site were designed and manufactured in a small start-up CNC machine shop I run, right here in Denver, Colorado.

Do you offer personalization or engraving on any of your tools?

I can add a personal touch to many of our tools, but it will typically require a longer lead time and often requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please contact me to discuss what type of personalization would best suit your needs and the timeframe for delivery.

Can you create custom designs for my event or organization?

Yes. I work with many organizations to develop custom tools for golf tournaments, poker tournaments, charity events, and fundraisers. Please use the contact form and I would be happy to collaborate.

Do you sell wholesale to retailers and pro shops?

Yes. If you’d like to carry Legacy Goods items in your retail store, gift shop, or pro shop, please use the contact form and provide some information about your goals.

Do you provide free products to influencers, agents, or athletes?

Very rarely and with extensive research and evaluation. If you feel that Legacy Goods would be a good partner, please contact me with your background information and what your goals are for the partnership.

Order Status and Exchange Policy

How quickly will my item ship/arrive once ordered?

If the item is in stock, we strive to ship it as quickly as possible. Depending on your selected shipping method, most items will arrive within a week of being ordered. Custom orders and items that need to be created will be estimated on an individual basis.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If an unused item isn’t correct, please contact me to discuss a return or exchange. My goal is that the item serves you well or makes you proud to have given it as a gift.

Your online store doesn’t seem to be working, can I still order products?

On the rare occasion that our online store isn’t working, please use the contact form to get in touch and I will do my best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.
